HARD COAT 硬化膜
本產品的應用範圍相當廣範及多樣化，可應用於PDA手機外殼、Touch Pannel觸控面板、擦拭白板(Dry Erase Film)、NB車用數位電視等． 以及各式家電3C產品之表面基材之硬化保護層處理。 技術簡介：以噴塗/精密塗佈製程技術，搭配on-line之UV curing技術開發平面顯示器、觸控面板用之 Hard Coat，使得其表面硬度高於3H、穿透率高於92、Haze低於1%、150℃/30min 處理下翹曲不高於10mm。 技術簡介(英文)：Hard coat Optical Film for Flat Panel Display /Touch Panel is developed by Roll-to- roll precise coating process and on-line UV-curing system. The substrate is PET optical film which thickness is 175um. And we get hardness is over than 2H、Transmittance is also over than 90%、Haze is less than 1%. curlness is less than 10mm on 150℃/30min condition. This result is good enough for touch Panel application.
